Whorlton Run 2016

The organisers batton for the next event in the Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Summer Fell Race Series now passes to the Whorlton Playing Field Committee. Carlton Midsummer Meander Fell Race 2016

The latest round of the Northern Runner/Esk valley Summer Fell race Series was a full on clag down night ! Conditions were clear at 5.30pm by 6.15pm visibility was down to less than 40 metres. Great effort from the 75 who signed on the line. Thank you for your honesty those who missed checkpoints. Fox and Hounds Fell Race 2016

The next round of the Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Summer Fell Race Series is the Fox and Hounds on Wednesday 8th June 2016. This will be run over the original route and is organised by Loftus and Whitby AC. The route is 9 miles long with about 1500 feet of ascent.
