Whorlton Run 2016

The organisers batton for the next event in the Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Summer Fell Race Series now passes to the Whorlton Playing Field Committee. The next race in the series is the Whorlton Run on Wednesday 22nd June 2016. The fun starts at 7pm. Start/Finish/Registration is at the Black Horse, High Street, Swainby, North Yorkshire DL6 3ED. Entry is £6 on the night only.

The course is about 6 miles in length with about 1400 feet of ascent. The course map shows that the course is a mix of road, track and fell. So, a good trail shoe will do the job on all but, the wettest of days. Click here to see a map of the course.
