Incline to Madness Fell Race 2017

It was a terrific evening of Fell racing at the latest Dave Parry/Northern Runner Summer Fell Race series event – Inclined to Madness taking its name from former railway line incline midrace. The rain cleared out well before the race replaced with a mild perfect running evening. Overall winner was Paul Lowe of Darlington Harriers, in a navigation error free run Paul eased to victory over Martin Perry of Esk Valley Fell Club. Over the weekend of the weekend 19th and 20 th September over one hundred teams took up the challenge of the Mourne Mountain Marathon.
