Captain Cooks Fell Race New Years Day 2014

Start off 2014 with a great run. The next race in the Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Winter Series is Captain Cooks Race which takes place on New Years Day from the Royal Oak, Great Ayton, North Yorkshire. Guisborough Woods Race 2013

The next race in the Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Winter Fell Race Series is Guisborough Woods Race on Friday 27th December. The race starts at 11am. Registration is at Guisborough Rugby Club. Thisis the ideal race to run of the Christmas excess. The new route is 2 laps through the woods with a steep pull through the old quarry followed by a speedy descent on fast fire roads through the trees. Eskdale Eureka Fell Race Results 2013

The latest round of the Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Winter Fell Race Series was the Eskdale Eureka on the 8th December.For the time of year it was a mild day with a fairly strong head wind for the first half of the race.Rain threatened but did not materialise.
