Here are the opening hours for our store over the Bank Holiday weekend: Saturday 5th May: 9am -5.30pm Sunday 6th May: CLOSED Monday 7th May: 11am-4pm Tuesday 8th May: 10am-5.30pm Then normal opening hours resume.
This years Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Summer Fell Race Series started on Wednesday evening with the Carlton Challenge. Click here to see David Aspen’s photo’s. Jim Bulman (New Marske) continued his good run of form to beat Cameron Taylor of the host club Esk Valley. Kay Neesam (New Marske) won the ladies making a good start to her summer series campaign after being the overall winner of the Northern Runner/ Esk Valley Winter Fell Race Series.

Northern Runner is hosting a Brooks Shoe Party on Saturday 5th May 2012 from 9.30am to 4.30pm. As well as our usual good service we will have a Brooks Technicial Rep on hand to offer expert advice on Brooks Shoes and we will be giving away a goody bag with all Brooks Shoe Purchases on the day, which includes a free T-Shirt. Well another clarty day with sleet and snow on the top and cold at about 2.degrees C. Without the windchill! More like January. However the field of hardy souls set off at the usual clatter.
