Introducing the Lone Peak 9+ GORE TEX  for women - a classic upgraded! As well as the Vibram® Megagrip outsole, the Lone Peak 9+ now has the benefit of enhanced waterproof protection with a new GORE-TEX upper. Now  better equipped than ever, this already legendary shoe is ready to take on the most challenging trails runs and hills - even in heavy rain. 

Maintaining the reliability of previous ripstop uppers, the lightweight, breathable and waterproof performance of a GORE-TEX Invisible Fit upper is paired with a soft-rolled mesh for wear-and-tear durability and long-lasting comfort free from pressure points. 

The Vibram® Megagrip outsole provides all the grip you need, providing reliable traction on a variety of terrain, performing especially well in wet weather conditions acorss uneven surfaces. Maintaining a stack height of 25mm, the shoe  allows for a confident ground connection with a slightly cushioned feel thanks to the Altra EGO™ midsole – a Dual-Nature compound with a soft yet responsive feel for improved energy return. The midsole also contains a flexible stone guard to protect your feet from sharp stones underfoot, while the shortened toe cap ensures you’ve got the protection you need up front as well as delivering flexibility for  agile movement.

Crafted using Altra’s Original last, which has its roomiest toe box, the Lone Peak 9+ GTX provides a spacious fit for wide feet and plenty of room for your toes move more freely, as well as providing generous spacing through the midfoot. The zero-drop platform encourages you to run with the natural form our bodies were designed for, working with the roomy toe box to allow your toes to splay on impact, which ensures more stability and comfort in uphill climbs and downhill descents.

Improving on a classic, the Lone Peak 9+ GORE TEX is waterproof, grippy, comfortable and ready to tackle the most challenging trails in the wettest weather.

The DPD Next Day delivery postage option guarantees next working day delivery as long as the order is placed before midday Monday to Friday. We cannot dispatch orders on weekends so orders received after midday on a Friday would leave in Mondays post for delivery on Tuesday. There is also no guaranteed next day delivery on weekends so Next Day Delivery orders dispatched on a Friday may not be delivered until Monday. In most cases a 1st Class post order shipped on Friday will be delivered on a Saturday. The delivery must be signed for on receipt. Items shipped using this delivery method are easier to trace if they go missing in the post.

Returns

(Items bought as Christmas presents that where purchased online over 30 days before Christmas can be returned for an exchange up to the 31st January), provided they are returned unused and with the original tags intact.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase items can be returned in an unused re-sellable condition for replacement or refund within 30 days.

We advise customers to try the shoes in the house for approximately one or two hours to make sure you are happy with the fit.  If you are not happy with the fit when trying the shoes indoors, please return them to us and we will either refund or exchange.  We are unable to accept returned shoes that have been worn outdoors, unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect with the shoe.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.

Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning items the original packaging should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued.

SUSPECTED FAULTY SHOES SHOULD BE RETURNED CLEAN AND DRY. Shoes that come back to us in a state unfit for our staff to inspect will be kept at our premises until you can arrange for them to be picked up or until you have paid the postage to return the item to you. Please note this is a health and safety issue we take seriously.

Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure).

Goods purchased online cannot be returned to the shop.
