The Rab Veil 12L Lightweight Running Vest will keep you fuelled, hydrated and prepared for whatever your mountain adventures have in store and, while remaining lightweight, it is boosted with extra storage to keep you on the move for those longer distance runs.

When you need space for additional kit, the Veil 12 is equipped with a larger volume and generous back compartment allowing you to fit in everything you need for ultramarathons or long-distance mountain runs. With a lightweight construction that feels worn rather than carried, the vest is built around a Mono Mesh Chassis designed to support and reduce bounce, fitting snuggly to the contours to your body, enabling freedom of movement, without distraction, over bumpy terrain. Form-fitting and highly breathable, it is 50% lighter and retains 70% less water than alternative spacer mesh constructions, keeping moisture to a minimum when the climb gets tougher.

The Veil 12L offers multiple on-the-go hydration options with two 500ml soft flasks (included) incorporated into the front, as well as space for a 2L water bladder at the back. A large rear compartment with generous U-shaped zipped opening provides plenty of space for your extra kit. The sternum fit system ensures a fully customisable close fit, while the rear bungee can be used to further compress the load inside or to store wet gear. Secure pockets with ultralight zip pulls keep your small valuables safe, while larger stretch pockets provide easy access to nutrition packs and gels. Front and rear Z-pole holders allow you to quickly and easily stow your poles away on the move when you don’t need them.

The DPD Next Day delivery postage option guarantees next working day delivery as long as the order is placed before midday Monday to Friday. We cannot dispatch orders on weekends so orders received after midday on a Friday would leave in Mondays post for delivery on Tuesday. There is also no guaranteed next day delivery on weekends so Next Day Delivery orders dispatched on a Friday may not be delivered until Monday. In most cases a 1st Class post order shipped on Friday will be delivered on a Saturday. The delivery must be signed for on receipt. Items shipped using this delivery method are easier to trace if they go missing in the post.

Returns

(Items bought as Christmas presents that where purchased online over 30 days before Christmas can be returned for an exchange up to the 31st January), provided they are returned unused and with the original tags intact.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase items can be returned in an unused re-sellable condition for replacement or refund within 30 days.

We advise customers to try the shoes in the house for approximately one or two hours to make sure you are happy with the fit.  If you are not happy with the fit when trying the shoes indoors, please return them to us and we will either refund or exchange.  We are unable to accept returned shoes that have been worn outdoors, unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect with the shoe.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.

Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning items the original packaging should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued.

SUSPECTED FAULTY SHOES SHOULD BE RETURNED CLEAN AND DRY. Shoes that come back to us in a state unfit for our staff to inspect will be kept at our premises until you can arrange for them to be picked up or until you have paid the postage to return the item to you. Please note this is a health and safety issue we take seriously.

Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure).

Goods purchased online cannot be returned to the shop.
