The New Balance Women's Hierro v9 D Width is a max cushioned trail running shoe. It is created to suit the everyday runner's needs on soft or hard packed trails, whilst being robust and comfortable over the ultra distances. The Hierro v9 uses New Balance's Fresh Foam X, a max cushioning system designed with comfort and durability in mind. Despite being a trail shoe, it feels like a road shoe, with plush, pillow like softness. It has a 42mm height stack offering protection over the trails of dirt and rock. The Fresh Foam midsole maintains a firm base underneath the initial softer top, making it perfect for off road use.

The Hierro v9 D Width offers a more controlled and stable ride than you might expect from such a high stacked shoe.  Using a slight rocker to guide your foot along, you can feel confident with every stride on uneven surfaces. The Hierro v9 D width has a 4mm drop, again supporting a confident stable landing every stride even on trails that present runner's with more challenge underfoot.  In the D Width fitting, your foot can sit comfortably within the midsole, allowing your feet to function in a more roomy toe box. The fresh Foam cushioning is such that it allows you to run your distance, however far, as the shoe absorbs the impact of the rocks and gravel as you go. 

New Balance Hierro v9 D Width uses Vibram MegaGrip , so that traction with the ground is maximised whether the surface is loose dirt, hard packed trails or even sections of tarmac. The upper is designed for the debris of the trails as well as comfort. The heel and midfoot have ample space in the D width fitting, a gusseted tongue guards against grit and stones, and there is added toe protection over the upper mesh ensuring the shoes are hard wearing. The Hierro v9 is a great all rounder for the runner looking to enjoy the larger trail paths and enjoys being out all day.

The DPD Next Day delivery postage option guarantees next working day delivery as long as the order is placed before midday Monday to Friday. We cannot dispatch orders on weekends so orders received after midday on a Friday would leave in Mondays post for delivery on Tuesday. There is also no guaranteed next day delivery on weekends so Next Day Delivery orders dispatched on a Friday may not be delivered until Monday. In most cases a 1st Class post order shipped on Friday will be delivered on a Saturday. The delivery must be signed for on receipt. Items shipped using this delivery method are easier to trace if they go missing in the post.

Returns

(Items bought as Christmas presents that where purchased online over 30 days before Christmas can be returned for an exchange up to the 31st January), provided they are returned unused and with the original tags intact.

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase items can be returned in an unused re-sellable condition for replacement or refund within 30 days.

We advise customers to try the shoes in the house for approximately one or two hours to make sure you are happy with the fit.  If you are not happy with the fit when trying the shoes indoors, please return them to us and we will either refund or exchange.  We are unable to accept returned shoes that have been worn outdoors, unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect with the shoe.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.

Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning items the original packaging should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued.

SUSPECTED FAULTY SHOES SHOULD BE RETURNED CLEAN AND DRY. Shoes that come back to us in a state unfit for our staff to inspect will be kept at our premises until you can arrange for them to be picked up or until you have paid the postage to return the item to you. Please note this is a health and safety issue we take seriously.

Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure).

Goods purchased online cannot be returned to the shop.
