The latest race in the Dave Parry Winter Fell Race Series was Guisborough Woods Race. Guisborough Woods Fell Race 2017

The next race in the Dave Parry Winter Fell Race Series is Guisborough Woods Race on Wednesday 27th December 2017 at 11am. Registration is at Guisborough Rugby Club, Belmangate, Guisborough and entry is £6 on the day only. The race is about 5.5 miles long with about 1200 feet of ascent. Loftus Poultry Run 2017

Entries are still available for the 34th running of the Loftus Poultry Run on Sunday 17th December. The fun starts at 11:00 am. The course is multi-terrain and approximately 8 miles in length with three challenging ascents. The start/finish is at Loftus Leisure Centre. Eskdale Eureka Fell Race Results and Report 2017

Competitors in this years Eskdale Eureka Fell Race made the headlines when competitors in the race came across a couple of pensioners in difficulty just upstream of Hob Hole. The couple who were out walking got into difficulty as they crossed the local beck, when the male of the pair sunk up to his waist in boggy ground made extra soft by the thawing snow and recent rain..
