Ensuring Your Return is Valid and Processed Quickly


If the item you have purchased doesn’t fit or you do not like the feel/colour etc you can return it for an exchange or a refund. The item needs to come back to us in a brand new condition so it can be resold. So, shoe boxes need to come back unmarked, clothing needs to have all the tags attached, watches need to come back with the packaging undamaged.

You are responsible for getting the item back to us. If you are exchanging an item then we will pay the postage for the exchanged item to come back to you.

You don’t need to contact us before returning an item. However, if you wish to exchange an item then if you contact us first we can check the stock for you and put the item to one side so that the exchanged items goes out the minute your item comes back to us. Please always put a note in with your item asking for an exchange or refund and quoting your web order number. This is on your email confirmation and will start WEB and have 5 numbers.
Unless we are waiting for stock all refunds and exchanges will be done within 2 working days.
