Nick Constantine from Soul in Motion is coming back in for the final Chi Running Taster Session of 2013 on Saturday 31st August.

Chi Running like Pose Running is a way of teaching runners to be more efficient and run with good posture. This reduces injuries and in some cases makes runners faster and running feel easier.

This type of running is best done in more minimal footwear so we have a size run of Saucony Kinvara’s for customers to use on the day for the coaching session.

Each session is about 2 hours long and will involve running from Northern Runner to Leazes Park where Nick will video everyone. Then do some coaching and video everyone again so as well as feel the difference participants will be able to see the difference too.

The two sessions are from 10am to 12 noon and 1pm to 3pm.
