Inov-8 are going to supply Northern Runner with some of their new Trail Running Shoes for customers to run in during our Natural Running/Chi Running Taster Day on Saturday 6th October.
The Inov-8 Trailroc is a family of 3 shoes all designed for hard pack/mixed trail runing. The difference between then is the heel to forefoot drop which ranges from 6mm down to 0. Allowing the runner that is new to Natural Running to have a little support but, also allowing those who have perfected this style of running to enjoy running in the Inov-8 Trailroc too.
Nick Constatine from Soul in Motion is running this Natural/Chi Running taster day. The sessions are for small groups of 6-8 people and take about 2 hours. Within that time Nick is aiming to show you what is required to have good running form and by videoing you at the start and the end of this short session show you some improvement.
