Stocking only specialist running brands and equipment, Northern Runner is Newcastle’s premier runner’s shop. With a dedicated staff of active runners providing expert advice and assistance, we operate from our city centre location on Low Friar Street and from our online shop - offering UK and international delivery on running shoes, clothing and accessories.

We supply world-class brands including Saucony, OMM, Brooks, Mizuno, New Balance and Inov8. Stocking men’s, women’s and kid’s sizes, we have running shoes suitable for fell running, racing and everyday use as well as specialist guidance, motion control and cushioning trainers.

Stocking running clothing from brands such as Odlo, Gore and Sugoi, we can provide anything from recovery clothing, base layers and running tights to hats, gloves and reflective bibs. A large range of running accessories is also available, including essentials such as water bottle carriers, rucksacks and pedometers through to GPS devices, heart rate monitors and gifts such as books and vouchers.

Our online shop can deliver anywhere in the world; to UK customers, first class (1-2 days) or couriered special delivery (next day guaranteed) are available. For international orders, we’ll quote you an approved delivery charge.
